Payment, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Editing Policy
- Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Payments: All payments made to Cedric Scott Photography are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be allowed only one rescheduled appointment within 30 days of the original appointment date. A $75 rescheduling fee will be added to your invoice.
- Rescheduling With Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, all payments made will be forfeited, and you will be required to book a new appointment and submit a new payment.
- Editing and Delivery Timeline: Editing begins once the final payment has been received in full. If final payment is received after the original payment due date, the editing timeline will begin on the date the outstanding balance is paid in full. Additional business days may be added to the original estimated delivery timeframe depending on the photographer's current workload and scheduling availability.
